Ok so when i was about 6 i was eating lobster and somehow swallowed some shell or chocked slightly and since then i randomly feel as if im choking as im eating. The food takes time to work it's way down or something. I can Breathe fine, and if i eat it feels like it's going down rough and i most of the time have to reguritate it from what seems like my throat (not my stomache)


Anyone ever heard of this?

Never heard of it, but could either be something you should see a GI about, or it could be a psychosomatic thing triggered from what happened in your childhood. Try washing stuff down with liquid maybe?
