My daughter's new puppy - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

After the trauma my daughter just's been through we decided to surprise her with a puppy. She was laying out on the trampoline and when the little one arrived we told her some friends were here, she was shocked.

Here's some pictures-

His Name is Mckenzie, that was her boy friends middle name.

Yeah...I like that shot as well. The older dog looks just like our dog.

I'm eagerly waiting to pick up my own new pup on friday ... i was in a similiar situation as your daughter when I was her age - at first I fought my parents over it, but the pup and I were best friends ... helped me through a lot of lonely nights.

Thanks Fly it was worth everything to see that smile!

I just realized I didn't say what breed our new was, he's a standard poodle, a smaller one the breeder figures about 45 pounds.

I was opposed when my wife suggested the idea but when she said it would give her something to focus on, I did a complete 180. Then I said to the two dogs and a cat laying on the bed next to me, "move over girls"!

It really turned out good, she is smiling more laughing too! The guys that she's hanging with are uplifting and she is having some fun.

Hey, is that a poodle?

I have a toy poodle that is a pet therapy dog. We take her to hospitals and she spends time with sick kids. She loves doing it and, well...you obviously know about kids and dogs! There's nothing like the theraputic value of a pet.

Pets are the best medicine I find. I'm sorry I do not know the situation with your daughter, but I know having a puppy will bring her much joy and visible in the pictures. What a great dog
