				Mexico In August?
My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to Mexico (central Mexico: DF, Puebla, Taxco, and the central pacific coast: Puerto Vallarta to Ixtapa) in August. We've heard it rains a lot around that time. Is it enough rain to put a serious kink into one's plans, or is it manageable? Does the sun come out from time to time? We're both quite adventurous and live in Vancouver, Canada so a little ran doesn't bother us, but there is only so much a person can take. |

| Junkie Location: Greater Harrisburg Area | When i went to Mexico it was late June and on the east coast, so I don't know how much of this will apply. What happened was, because it's hotter than hell, every day until about 1-2 in the afternoon it was nice, then it would storm for 30-90 minutes then the sun would come back out and it would be nice for the rest of the day. So, it rained every day but it wasn't a problem.

| Dumb all over...a little ugly on the side Location: In the room where the giant fire puffer works, and the torture never stops. | being that you're from Vancouver, I'd think the heat would be more a concern than the rain. Mexico in August sounds like Hell in July to me.
