East Coast Travel from Pittsburgh - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Does anyone have any ideas for travel from Pittsburgh to the east coast. I'm from the midwest and will be in Pittsburgh for a May wedding. Wouldn't mind renting a car and driving east to one city (Philidelphia, D.C., Boston etc) and then onto a cheaper place near the ocean. Me and the girlfriend are in our 20's/30's. Looking for affordable interesting place/area to spend a few days. I've been to Cape Cod, I remember that being pretty cool.

Any thought from the locals is greatly appreciated.
