cleaning stained grout
The grout (stuff between my tiles I guess?) has got that nasty orange mildew crap on it, and I don't know what product would be best to get it off. I washed the tiles with 409 and Clorox cleanup gel, but that hasn't worked. Any suggestions?

Bleach/water mix in a spray bottle. I start at ~10% & work up if needed. Spray on, let sit 10min, rinse off. Try not to breathe.

Pure Vinegar baby - get some clear distilled vinegar and a brush. Pour a 100% solution of vinegar over the tile and grout, let it sit for 10 minutes, scrub with a brush, and rinse with water. Smells kind of funny at first, but this doesn't last - its the best thing I've found yet and is relatively cheap!

You might have a hard water build up. Lime cleaners moght work well. Also, steaming usually works wonders.

you can get spray on detergents that you dont have to scrub. just spray on once a week and forget about it...well thats whta i use anyways. have never had a mould problem with my grout.
