Lots of water and keep pissing it out. It's actually good for you to do that. The exercise helps get it out of your system too.

Goldenseal does nothing for urine tests, it's an uban ledgend. Google://"goldenseal myth"

I forgot exactly how long it takes for nicotine to totally clear out of your system, but it's not too long, I would guess a max of 4-5, and a min of 1-2 days.
