Does anyone know how they can reduce the amount of nicotine in their blood for a blood test?

Water, exercise - repeat.
Lots of water and keep pissing it out. It's actually good for you to do that. The exercise helps get it out of your system too. Wait, it's for a drug test? |
Example 1: Nicotine is tested for -prior to being issued a life insurance policy. Person doesn't smoke but has a cigar once a year. Unfortunately, a week before the test is when he last had a cigar.

I forgot exactly how long it takes for nicotine to totally clear out of your system, but it's not too long, I would guess a max of 4-5, and a min of 1-2 days.
