Rural Health Care

So I'm in a class called Rural Health Care and we have to write a paper on some issue within that. I'm writing mine on treatment modalities, and how they differ in rural vs urban centres.

Here's my problem....

This is such a developing topic that we don't even have a textbook for the course. All of our readings are online. Therefore, all of our sources, presumably, will have to come from online. Here's where it gets tricky. For the life of me, I can't find credible sources other than government sites, and I'm sure those are biased at least somewhat.

Do any of the geniuses at TFP have any suggestions for me? Pretty please?
