Get a Speedy Sharp. It's basically just a piece of carbide brazed to a piece of steel, sells for about 15 bucks, and with a little practice can restore a used and abused Schrade back to the shaving-sharp edge it had when I first got it.
Shapening serrations can be a pain, but it is doable.

Good old whetstone and honing oil. If you're really good, you can get it to the point that you can put the knife almost through a 2x4 with one stab.
For the serrated part, a circular file will do the trick. Go nice and slow at first, and make sure you're matching the angle of the blade. |

A circular file isn't nearly fine enough for a blade. You can get stones designed specifically for serrated edges; check with your local knife or hunting shop.
A good whetstone and honing oil is a worthy investment.

I think I've the same thing as Clavus. It's a Multi Sharpener tool that has 3 sides that you can sharpen your smaller knives with. You can use the edges to slide between the serrations. I just use the most narrow edge to sharpen the tiny serrations, and it seems to work fine. There's also a "trough" that you can sharpen points like darts or hooks.

I use the Spyderco Tri-angle Sharpmaker. Works better than anything else I've tried.
