Please help identify this bird.
Anyone know what type of bird this is? Supposedly, it is either endangered or extinct. By the way, this is for a class project due tomorrow, so any quick help would be most appreciated.

Well what is it?

oh, c'mon... you really want to know?
It's either a blue-eared pheasent, white-eared pheasent, or a brown-eared pheasent. The instructor gave my girlfriend a picture of it (the one I posted), and told the class to find out its name. So that's about as far as we could narrow it down, being that it's a black and white picture. Dumbass instructor :D Here's a link to an actual picture of a brown-eared one if you're really interested. |
By the way, it took us almost 3 hours to figure it out. In the end though, google prevailed!
