Are you talking about a DVD you purchased and you just want to find the option to turn on the subtitles? Or do you want to insert subtitles where there are none?

Actually it's a movie I just Downloded, and I would like to know if there is a program that allow you to put the subtitle on the movie, either manually or automatically for you.

I think Omid's right... I've done a fair amount of looking, so unless you have a friend who is willing to breakdown the movie and code it down to the millisecond like somebody tried to do for me, I think you're outta luck.
