SAT IIs

Hey, I will be having to take 3 of these soon, including the Writing test. Can anyone comment on these tests, in terms of content and difficulty? What kind of questions I can expect? I've been looking for practice SAT IIs, but haven't found any yet...theyre not available on the collegeboard website. Does anyone know where I can find practice SAT II tests?

In specific, I'm thinking of taking the two tests in the following: Physics, History, Biology-M, or Chemistry.

Hoping you can provide me with any form of information.

Oh yeah, I KNOW this should be in the Knowledge forum, but I think I'll get better and more numerous replies here...Don't mind, mods.

Thanks in advance.

have you done a google search for SAT II?

if there's anything out there, you should be able to find it that way.

i took writing, chem, physics and mathIIC. writing was the hardest for me. But all in all they are pretty simple. 590, 770, 800, 800 in that order. Boy did i suck at writing.

chemistry has some weird question types and might make you mess up. physics is pretty straight forward testing.

The thing i should tell you about SATII is that don't take it unless you know what you're doing in that subject because thats what everyone else is doing. 800 might seem like mighty high for physics, but that put me at top 92% only. Since these are mostly optional tests, only people who think they are going to do well take them.

i hear for language tests, don't even bother unless thats your country of origin because those are mostly the people who take them and missing even one point will cost you 50 percentiles (maybe exaggerating but its still a lot)

I took SAT IIs when they were called achievements. I thought they were a lot more subject-intensive and more difficult than SAT I, especially math II. You can find sample exams in a book published by College Board at your local library or bookstore.
