identify this spider!
heya... so i just killed this ugly ass spider in my house... i took a couple pics before since i've never seen one like it before... help me identify it! (i have an idea of what it is, but i'm really not sure, and i don't want to mention it so as not to possibly influence your opinion).
so what is it? and should i be worried that it (and possibly more!) are in my house? thanks! -hh

Going by the chart here,http://www.termite.com/spider-identification.html, it appears to be a grass spider.

thanks, Dave, i found the same chart. i'm glad to have a second set of eyes make the same match. i did some more reading on that type of spider, shouldn't see any more of them, thankfully.
thingstodo yep, nikon d50 with the zoom lens up all the way up to 300. wish i had a true macro for the pic though, there was still a decent amount of background i had to chop out.
