weight of CHO cells

Hey,

I am using chemical engineering software to model the purification process of a certain therapeutic protein. For the purpose of mass balances, does anyone know the the average density of CHO cells is?

I have a value in cells/mL but I need a value in grams/mL. How do I convert that. I have no clue how many grams are considreed to be in a cell. All I know is that the average diameter of a CHO cell is 12um.

Help please.
