Cough cough
 

A pharmacist goes to work and sees a guy outside the pharmacy. He was sweating heavily and looks to be in great pain. The pharmacist walks in and asks the new clerk:

Pharmacist "what's the deal with that guy?"
Clerk "Oh, he came in earlier looking for cough medicine"
Pharmacist "he is in some serious pain. what did you give him?""
Clerk "I gave him a bottle of extra strength laxative"
Pharmacist "what? are you crazy?"
Clerk "well...look at him. He is scared to cough..."
