today in church . . .
 

this is not a joke, an ironic event that happened today at my church.

we have this new assistant pastor and he was giving the sermon. he began to tell us a story about his family as an example. at this one part he ment to say my wife, but said my husband, then he started to correct himself, but instead jumped and yelled suprise! as a joke. the whole church busted up laughing, louder then i had ever heard at church. but anyway little did he know, that about 4-6 years ago at my church, we had an assistant pastor who was kicked out for coming out of the closet, when his wife saw that he had an afair with another man.
ah, the irony.

i'd say it's more coincidental than anything...

That's quite funny, but a bit unfortunate for the fellow.
