9/11 remembrance joke
 

The year is 2021 and little Jimmy is visiting New York City with his father. They go around to see all the sites; Grand Central Station, The Empire state Building, Times Square, Central Park, you name it. They were having a wonderful time when they came upon the solemn memorial site of where the World Trade towers had once stood.

Little Jimmy didn't understand what he was looking at, so he asked his father to explain it to him.

Careful to use language that his son could understand he began.

"You see Jimmy, about 20 years ago, Arab terrorists hated this country so much that they decided to attack America by flying jet planes into two skyscrapers that used to stand on this site. This was a terrible day in our history because over three thousand people lost their lives. And instead of rebuilding anything on the spots where these two building once stood, the people decided to leave the spaces empty, as a tribute and memorial to all those that died that horrible day. Do you understand?"

"I think so dad, but I just have one question. What's an Arab?"
