Boss with no ears
 

So one day on the job, a guy falls through a weak spot in the floor and both of his ears get ripped off. He sues the company, and with a handsom sum of money starts the business of his dreams.
Five years down the road, the business has turned multi million, and he is looking for an assistant manager. The interview is very detailed, and it always ends with the same question: what was the first thing you noticed about me.
The first guy comes in, and gives a fairly good interview. Things are looking up. The boss then asks him the question, and he says "That you had no ears" "GET OUT" he says, "We dont need your type here"
The second one comes in, a girl, and her interview is not bad. She could work. THen comes the question. she replies "to be honest, i noticed that you had no ears"... "Please leave, youre not needed at this company"
So the final guy comes in, and his interview is very promising. THe boss really thinks this guy is the one. Then the question... "the first thing i noticed, sir, was that you wore contacts" ... "Thats very astute, young man. Im very impressed. Why was that the first thing you noticed?"

"Because its pretty hard to wear glasses with no fucking ears!!"
