Mr. Lee is lucky that being obnoxious paid off this time. I wish all cops had the same sense of humor as Mr. Healey.

That's freaking funny. Reminds me of the time I argued a traffic ticket because the officer lister my car as a 2door, and I had a 4door, and the date was wrong. I simply explained to the judge that If there were already several errors on the ticket, who was to say any of the rest of it, including my speed, was correct. Of course I was an obnoxious 23 year old at the time...

did you get out of the ticket? the officers report, due to the inaccuracies, should have be tossed out, thereby leaving the prosecutor with no evidence whatsoever of you have committed a crime.

I got out of a ticket because the officer called my MR2 a Mazda 2-door.

I'd imagine that the response is posted on the wall of the police break room for when people need a laugh.

Oh yeah. The judge looked at the officer and said "guess it's not your day." you couldn't wipe the smirk off my face for three days.

Makes you think twice before filling out paperwork, doesn't it? Pretty silly.
