free 3d characters
 

Anyone know where I can get some free 3d characters to use in some hobby game development?

Mainly looking for anything associated with armys... old or new.

You may want to pick what platform you are using. Maybe a PC with the UT2004 packs? How about the HL2 packs? Where are you heading, friend?

I just started planning out a game... I'm just doing the creative direction, and a friend of mine is doing the coding and the 3d. He asked me if there was anywhere I could get some 3d characters on the net... and I thought Id post here just to see if I got a response.

He is using Direct X and 3d Studio I believe. That's as much as I know about the development.
