Ebaumsworld.com has a link to a cs video. Basically, it was like about 5 CTs and 1 T left on de_dust2. What happens is the CTs all walk past the T and the T fails to see the CTs.
It's actually kinda funny, and i'd definitely feel pretty dumb if i was one of those CTs.

Hmm... I can't seem to find it either. Maybe it wasn't Ebaumsworld then. Sorry about that. And I can't post attachments either (it's a relatively small file)
