Has anyone played this game? Does it have any value to purchase?

Do you meant the Playboy game? If not, then I don't know what you're talking about. If yes, then the answer is no, it has no value what so ever.

Apparently you don't actually get to do anything... interesting. All the stuff you want to do yourself is done automatically, like taking the photos. And you spend too much time talking gibberish to form alliances/meet models in order to (not) take their photos.

well actually, You get to do the centerfold shots yourself, and the cover shoots. Im not sure where you heard they were automatic. The only automatic bits of the magazine are the articles, for a good reason.

I'm actually quite proud of some of my cover photos especially.

anyway, its very simsish, but with actual objectives, i havent played much, im at the point where i have to get a bunch of people to agree to do a movie for me.

see i kinda hated the sims, i never saw the point. but with this, i can actually have fun choosing what the models wear, or not wear. and then i take photos of the models for my magazine

Really? You do get to do photoshoots? (BTW, I think I read it in Hyper, an Aussie mag.) Might actually check it out now.

The photo shoots are fairly arbitrary. You can take pictures of elbows and the game won't care. But I'll admit, I bought the game. Mainly because Stacy Fuson was signing copies of the game at Fry's. :D

I don't think I'd buy a game like that, but can describe what you actually do in the game?

well, ive played this game, got bored after 4 mins, i can even break it down what happened in those 4 minutes..
1st: Talk To Chick
2nd:Photograph Chick
3rd:Screw Chick
4th:Grab Disc and begin snapping it

Its nothing special. The game isn't every complex. The controls are fustrating, you do not have all the freedom you have in The Sims. The graphics are "meh" nice boob jiggling though. The game isnt as racy as you might thing. I think its a bit so "soft" for a playboy game. I played it for 30 min and got bored. Download it, dont buy it.

PS: Great soundtrack in the game!
