If you care to, put down your server, and character names so we can have an easier time finding each other. And mods, if you feel this is a waste of space, feel free to delete!

anyone else having trouble logging in? it worked fine this morning now it just sits there saying either Success! or connected. and nothin seems to want to work! aghh!!

Servers are still down from patching I believe. Login server seems to be up/down every few minutes...I gotta see if I won that auction for EZ-throw dynamite schematic!!!!

Well...after a night of binge exping, I got fucked over big time by lag. I was trying to finish the quest for Bear form on my druid, but got rushed into doing so, and ended up skipping many things. Then, I got my ass handed to me 4 times in 10 minutes thanks to lag, and 15 times total against the named mob for the quest. So I went to bed, hoping to try again today, but the lag was still horrible in that area (Aberdine), died more times, gave up, and promptly deleted that character. I may try NE Druid in retail, but it's too much hassle to solo with lag.

Long story short, new character: East 16 - "Rebellion" Orc Warlock

East 2, Tauren Shaman. All Ive got to say is if this thing is gonna hold up to paying customers, they have a little bit of work to do..

It's funny because I hear things like this all the time, mainly on the WoW forums, and it just doesn't really apply to me. I don't game too much and have never played an MMORPG before WoW, but I love it so far. I'm only level 10 so maybe I'm yet to feel the downfalls from the things people are complaining about, but I'm just loving the game as of now. The only thing I'm not sure about is paying $15 a month for something already so counter productive. :confused: :p

Do you have any reasons for that? Comments like that are useless unless you have a point.

maybe he means the huge lag spikes. I expect that in beta testing but i really do hope they fix it in the final release.

I will be buying this game and Half-Life 2 in the near future but I must not buy either before finals are over this semester otherwise i will fail all of my classes.

Man, I hear that about your classes. It's tough having a fuckin' ass-ton of really good games come out within a month of each other. Especially seeing how we're all in the dead-heat last-stretch portion of the semester where we all have projects to do. Not fair!

Central 15 - Marandus Dwarven Priest, if you're on the server the same time as me, and are in need of a bag, general tailoring stuff or any enchants lemme know, I'd be happy to help.

Alright, help me out here, got a pretty nice bow, equiped it, I thought: "Got to get some arrows". Got some arrows, equiped them too, I thought "Well then, I should go and try to kill something with them!" Nope, won't shoot. Someone then told me I needed a Quiver. Got a Quiver, put it in a bag slot, then put my arrows in the quiver, bow still will not fire! I put the Bow in the Quick launch Slot and everything, like my other abilities...
I have trained in Bows, But it still won't fire! What am I missing here?

You have to go to your character screen and drag some arrows onto the box thats pointing left towards your bow

Alright, figured it out, I had the arrows in the ammo slot, but I was trying to use the bow in the quick launch slot. Instead, I had to use the "Fire Bow" ability from the abilities window. Awesome now, thanks.
