"Quest" Games available anywhere?

I'm talking the old Sierra games like "King's Quest", "Space Quest", "Police Quest" and "Leisure Suit Larry".

Thes games are so simple that people have to have made them flash games by now, or else have them for download for free/cheap?

I ask because homestarrunner.com just posted a mock up of those games called "Peasant's Quest" and it made me feel all nostalgic for my friend's old IBM 286 with dual 5 1/4" floppy drives...

Ok, seriously, how could you leave out "Quest for Glory"?? Meet me on the grounds, sir.

Ebay is also a good place to find these, they usualy go for less than 10 dollars for 4-6 of them, sometimes the complete series.

I've tried installing a bunch of them but they are mostly corrupted files and won't work

Longest Journey

I really recommend the Longest Journey...Should be pretty cheap now since it came out about a year ago. It hits all those old nostalgic feelings of the Quest games, but with good graphics and a GREAT story. Plus there's a sequel coming out soon!

There's been a couple of remakes of some of the early quest games and a couple of fan created ones. Check out the underdogs.org like they said above...good stuff...

This is very true, the Longest Journey even managed to put all the old adventure games to shame (except in the humor department). It sounds like they might have butchered the sequel though, time will tell.
