i think they will all fit the bill close enough physically.

(there isn't a clear-cut winner among these for me in that category.)

I'll put in a Thruman, and say that IGN had a nice poll going a couple of weeks ago as to who would be best suited to play Samus in the "upcoming" John Woo rendition of Metroid. I voted for Uma on there as well.
