Network Problem with Lineage2 - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I am currently in the lineage 2 taiwan beta and I cant log into the update server from my dorms network. I just moved in today and it used to work before from my parents house. The update server uses port 2009 and the game client uses port 7777. I am wondering if there are ways to see if the school is blocking these ports?
Has anyone else had a problem like this?
How did you get around it?

well you could
a) Attempt to use a proxy

or

B) talk to your shcool network adminconsidering we dont go to your school ands cant do anything about it from our respective homes

or

c) play from a LAN center in town if you have any..
