What order would you buy these Blizzard titles? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Suppose all four of Blizzard's current major projects came out at the same time, which order would you buy them?

The titles are Starcraft: Ghost, World of Warcraft, Warcraft : Throne of Ice, and Starcraft 2.

What is your buying preferance?

I would go, WoW, SC Ghost, SC 2 WC : ToI.

How bout you guys?

For me? I'd go Starcraft 2, WC: ToI, WoW, SC Ghost.

Why? Starcraft 2 would just rock my world. My favourite strategy game ever. I like what they're doin' to WC3 with the expansion (and I all ready have WC3........want to play games NOW!!!), WoW might be the first MMG I'd join in (looks to have the most features I'd be interested in), and SC Ghost last cuz I don't have a console at the moment (too poor for comp and console). However, if they made Ghost a PC port, I'd up it over WoW (again, no money for monthly fees).

I am going to say WoW, then Starcraft 2, I have not heard of WC:ToI but I will say that as three namely because I am not much of a console TPS type person

WarCraft 3: Throne of Ice, StarCraft 2, StarCraft: Ghost, World of WarCraft.

Why? I'd burn through the two RTSes fast, I never had my attention kept by an RTS for too long. Ghost I'd beat fairly quickly I'd guess, and then I'd have all the distractions out of the way for WoW. Strategic gaming. But, if we're talking about the order I'm anxiously waiting for, WoW, WC3:ToI, SC2, SC:G

You know what i think would be so funny is if they never made a SC2 because it gets so much hype from rumors and people are always looking for snippets of info about it.

If we could make Blizzard do it I would say Diablo 3!!!

But if I have to pick from reality:

WOW, WC3:Tol, SC2, SC:G

Have you seen the latest video they posted for WOW. The game looks absolutely incredible.

I think i would explode if they released all those games at the same time. On a serious note, SC2 would be my first choice. Does anyone even know if there working on this? When you beat war 3 they show starcraft units in the war3 engine, so i guess thats a hint. It looked so amazing.

Starcraft 2 is suposedly coming out this summer but blizzard isn't the most reliable for there release dates. I think Diablo and Starcraft where both released over a year later then blizzard originally planned. SC2 isn't going to be a rtc game, it will have a metal gear solid feel to it. The head of blizzard is qouted somewhere saying that they will never be able to beat starcraft so there not even gonna try. If you want to see the trailer for the new one though, you can see it on IGn.com or download it from kazaa. O and its main release will be on the ps2 i believe and not pc

That's not Starcraft 2, that's Starcraft: Ghost.

I would say I'd buy World of Warcraft, but b/c that's most likely going to be pay to play, I would have cash for the other games later. So I say:
Starcraft: Ghost, Starcraft 2, Throne of Ice, then WoW

Um the game you speak of is Starcraft:Ghost and not Startcraft 2. I would hope they make a real sequel to Starcraft. But my order would be

Starcraft 2 and then Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne. I really like Frozen Throne so far but you cant beat Starcraft 2.

This is supposed to be out of the projects Blizzard is currently working on? Take StarCraft 2 off the list, man. That's not being worked on. Nor will it be for quite some time, if at all.

I'm a bit of a Blizzard freak. StarCraft 2 is not even being talked about right now.

Anyways, World of Warcraft is the only one I have a little bit of interest in.

Starcraft is still the best Blizzard game, so I'd pick SC2 first.
W3X is second because W3 is pretty cool.
WoW third. It looks fucking awesome, but I refuse to play a MMORPG. If I ever start one of those, I'll never stop.
Ghost fourth.

Starcraft 2.... don't care about the others..

i disliked Warcraft 3.. im not a FPS type person (espceially on console), and MMORPG's are not for me....

man blizzard's future with me looks bleak... sucks considering I own all of their games prior to Warcraft 3... (including Lost Vikings! That game rocks)

BBtB ClerkMan! Location: Tulsa, Ok.	I am going to say WoW, then Starcraft 2, I have not heard of WC:ToI but I will say that as three namely because I am not much of a console TPS type person __________________ Meridae'n once played "death" at a game of chess that lasted for over two years. He finally beat death in a best 34 out of 67 match. At that time he could ask for any one thing and he could wish for the hope of all mankind... he looked death right in the eye and said ... "I would like about three fiddy"
