One of my newer favorites anyone out there like it?

I'm not touching it, Electronic Gaming Monthly gave it a 3 out of 10. :)

Seems like a mediocre game combined with a stupid concept just to create shock value.

Horrible, bad physics, bad gameplay, stupid everything. They spent all the time and effort to make it "contraversal" fuck that. Its not a very good game.

Well I liked it. I play games for fun not their reviews.

That's just one of those games where I don't even need to play to know I'd hate it.

Yeah, they spent too much time trying to my hooters, that they couldn't compete with the popular games like Hawk & Riverra -SP?-

Aside from the controversy, most stores didn't carry cause it sucked so bad. On top of that most gamers didn't even bother asking for it.. How well did it sell? not good at all. Do I plan on getting it? No, Tony Hawk engine is sweet, and the BMX game using it is awesome. If I want hooters, I go to the Titty Board.

Sounds like something I would play just long enough to see the hooters and never pick it up again.

I've been thinking about picking up a "Used" aka "Mom saw the boobies and returned it" copy for like $10 because well...Tony Hawk knock off plus some cheap laughs would be worth 10 to me.

When Acclaim goes toes up in the coming months, people will look back and point at BMX XXX as the beginning of the death spiral. The company had hoped it would be the game that would save them. Instead, it turned out to be the one that made people give up on them.

Glad you're enjoying it - but I think you're in the definite minority on this one.

This game falls in the 'Worst games ever made' category.

I hear it sucked hard

I'd say it's worth under 10 bucks, even if the physics are crappy and they tried too hard to be "edgy". I also enjoyed Dave Mirra (the first one), which also had shitty physics, so I'm pretty open to those style games. I'd rather play something like Tony Hawk or Mat Hoffman though, or DOWNHILL DOMINATION which is the best bike game ***EVAR***.
