There are plenty of shockwave ones - like this one http://www.hurtwood.demon.co.uk/Fun/copter.swf
I never got into it, but I believe they said Freelancer could be played solely with the mouse. That might be worth checking on...

Some RPGs can be done mostly with the mouse, especially with Warrier classes that have less hotkeys. Diablo2 might be managable for instance, though some of the slower ones like Baulders Gate might be better, etc.
They might require some tinkering with keys, but at a pace where you could reach over with your other hand without a problem. World of WarCraft when it comes out is supposed to be the most streamlined interface ever for an RPG. Pure speculation on my part but it might be a great game for mouse only..

A lot of very popular games can be played with mouse only, especially RTS'es. If you're not going for ultra-competitive play, playing with a mouse only on games such as starcraft can get you quite far, especially in some of the custom maps created by people. Unfortunately, you'll need to enter in a username/password to log on, but I don't know about the mechanics of your setup.

I'm not sure how much of a gamer you are, but if you're looking for a game you can just pick up and play casually for short periods of time, try Snood. It's cheap, it's shareware, it's a knockoff of an '80s arcade game, but it's lots of fun and you can play a full game in 5 minutes or so. Fully mouse controllable. A lot of my college friends really, really obsess over this game.

I just got lemmings revolutions-it's pure mouse driven crack. Like flippy said, rts games can usualy be mouse driven, as can most of the Sim series of games, and in that same vein Pharoh is pretty easy to navigate with just a mouse. Most 4x games can be easily mouse controled also, like Alpha Centauri. I'd highly recomend "The Longest Journey" it's an adventure game of the old style (KQ, QfG, SQ, etc) and absolutely wonderful and cheap. If puzzles are your thing, might check out www.popcap.com -all of their games you can play online, or purchase to play off. Myst is a classic point and click adventure, although I haven't played the sequels, and I'm not sure how it stand up to the test of time. The game CSI isn't actualy all that bad, although woefully short. If you're on a mac by any chance, google Barrack and download it now.
