good afternoon!

it's now 3degrees outside.

it was 10degrees this afternoon.

perfect weather. can do any sports without sweating intensly.

so 1st thing i did when i saw this was to go hack.

thats playing hackysack like the general population calls it.

FOOTBAG as the pros call it.

had a nice 20min run. was fun.

i'll have to get back into it soon.

hopefully i wont break shit in my knee this time.

i wonder how many footbags i'll sell this year.

oh ya. i make footbags too. and they're damn good!

i remember starting a thread and noone even replied about it seriously.

i dont know why. it's the cheapest sport in the world. so fun!

all you need is shoes(and even then, some dont wear em) and a footbag.

footbags can go from the crochet kind which you can find in a dollar store to the professionaly stiched footbags that can range from 5$ to 50$

they vary in price due to the stitching style, material used, number of panels and overall quality of the footbag.

reason you will pay only 1-5$ for a crochet hackysack is because they suck to play with and are industrialy manifactured.

crochet hackysacks are mostly good for circle kicking and even then, they suck because they bounce too much.

most players perfer stitched footbags because they will be easier to stall and better at doing tricks.

for a long time, the only thing i had was a hackysack and i couldnt do a single move and then i discovered a website that sold diffrent kinds of footbags.

i quickly bought a simple sand master 14panel footbag for 10$.

only thing is that i didnt realise it was a mass produced footbag (made by kids who work for nothing. so it's not good to suport that shit)

but it was a fucking nice little footbag. played smoothly. even my friends were amazed by it!

i could finaly do some sweet moves! at that point i was checking websites to see of more moves possible and thats when i found many ppl mentionning 32 panel footbags.

aparently, the best footbags for freestyle were 32s. i had a 14. obviously not good enough if i wanted to up my skills!

so then i found a nice 32 on the same website. ...

but it was so fucking dissapointing! it was so hardly stitched by a machine that it would stay super round. nice for kicking but impossible to stall.

i was kinda dissapointed and i didnt want to spend more money on something that would suck as much.

then i stumbled on a website that had a tutorial on "stiching your own footbag!"

didnt take me long to rip up some old tshirts to give it a shot.

1st was a complete disaster!!
