Question:
In the Movie, Monster (Charlize Theron) The weapon is suposedly uses a 686. The first guy she pops, the one who bashes her, she shoots him 8 times. I thought maximum capacity for a 686 was 7? Monster - imfdb :. guns in movies :. movie guns :. the internet movie firearms database Smith & Wesson Model 686 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |
I haven't seen the film.
What kind of gun has a max capacity being even? It's not 5 rounds, usually 6, or it's not 7, but around 8, 10, 16, 22, etc. ---------- Post added at 04:30 AM ---------- Previous post was at 04:19 AM ---------- Quote:

Australia is too big... did BadNick already post the longest fence in the land down under?
|
I completely forgot that I uploaded this image nearly 18 months ago (maybe 26?) in an effort to share it later, but it had just been sitting there, until I found it again.
http://img2.pict.com/f2/9f/b6/1855299/0/760.gif basic scenario: foreign country (most likely Japan), in an elevator, two people go in... young schoolgirl, and your typical petty thief. he lunges for her bag, but to his dismay, he becomes the victim of the extremely versatile young girl's quick-wittedness, and is promptly brought to justice via none other than a devastating German Suplex maneuver, caught on tape. |

Now I'm not making any assumptions here, but considering his affinity toward waves and automobiles, I would not be surprised to see this photo miniaturized and seen daily from now on.

Jet, not only is that Delahaye (175 S Saoutchik Roadster) an artistically beautiful car, but it's of 1949 vintage which was also one of the finest years for humans...ask me how I know.
LE, I'm still humming that stupid tune! I think I might have a "last facts" learning disability: my school and work friends make fun of me since I unconsciously go around whistling the last song I heard in the morning. So when they first started kidding me about it they would say "Nick, have you heard "Oh Suzanna" lately? ...and I would say "wow, funny you should ask, I just heard that this morning!" doh! |
How do you know the year 1949 was so fine, ArtiscallyBeautifulNick?
|
OK Jetman, I might be a bit biased. But from my P.O.V. a fine thing happened one summer day at the end of June in 1949 in Braunau Austria...not to mention the classic low rider '49 Merc'
http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...ercury-001.jpg |
That car above was created in Austria, BranauNick?
|
No, I was. That car was made in Detroit, just north of Eight Mile Rd.
|
fine car .

and another post before I lay me down to sleep

That car makes me want to listen to the Rat Pack and wear a zoot suit. Big chain, gold watch GO!

My pc is whacked for now.
The library has TFP blocked. (and almost everything else. Go Patriots...gag.) I can swim at this motel for a few dollars, and they have a 'puter. Wow. See ya. |
So there's another university that features the Patriots as a mascot, or am I missing something?
|
Patriot act, dear.
The library's computer is castrated. Bye for now. Peace. |
Until whenver you grace us again.
|
proxy? linux boot cd?
do whatever it takes to crack the PC! |
thanks for keeping this at the top, MOAB.

Tell me: why can't you just do a full reformat of the hardrive which wipes it clean, and then reinstall Windows?...I have XP Pro that I'm not using if you need it. we're 1013 away now |

Miss Grace, PM me if you need some help. My brain is yours to pick as needed. |
Just buy another HDD, and load Windows (or whatever) and away ya go. Keep the old HDD, as a slave.....

I like the idea of picking LordEden's brain. Zookman, I assume you mean to first format that old HDD so ring does not end up saving a polluted, corrupted, and potentially infection-laden piece of garbage.
Otherwise, it's a pretty simple thing to do if you just keep a couple things in mind: How to Format a Hard Drive With Windows XP | eHow.com I wouldn't even worry too much about having all the "drivers" since you can always get those online after you load in a properly functioning operating system. |
I'm getting to the pont that I have no discussion points anymore; it doesn't really matter anyhow, 'cause for some reason, I have cooties.

Jet,
I'm happy to report that Brave Combo's headbanger version of the Hokey Pokey might be a solution to your problems, as well as containing the meaning of life Getting Rid of Cooties the Hokey Pokey Way |

if Jetman wanted to, I think he could post like 10 in a row within seconds!. I never figured out how to do that.
21 0 53 so that shows that 21 X 3 = 63 although the number of this post is 21053 so can anyone tell me...how the hell does that happen?!!! |
|
ahhh, yes Jet. Thanks.
That new GT-R is quite the car. The round of mods I am doing now to my car will allow me to one day soon post vids of me driving around one of those like it's standing still. I'm pumped to see how this experiment turns out since it's a bit "different" |

I'm glad someone else remembers Commander Keen. Rock on dude.
|
I'm likely too old to have had any hands-on experience with Commander Keen. Electronic games didn't really show up until I was ~20+ years old and back then Pong was considered state-of-the-art high tech. And of course I was a local champ.

Black holes do not suck, they "pull down" because the supermassive collapsing star is so colossal and accumulating so much mass at such a rapid clip, that it becomes the densest object in a universe, virtually warping time, space and gravity itself as it engulfs all around it. It's like a magnet that so violently reacts with matter around it that it would compress itself into a smaller object than it originally began forth from, yet is denser than a thousand suns. |

with all this snow I've had time to contemplate various matters and I now realize that I love Jessica. I'm pretty sure I could love most of the Jessicas I've seen.

Also, Bruno Bozzetto is most known for his animation achievements, so it would seem that his live action features mean nothing to the world at large. |
I did notice that the year was wrong.....
So, they did a remake the following year? Would the 2 movies be the same, just different? . |

One is surrealist comedy/horror, and the other, well, I haven't seen the one about the photographer at sea that continually sees the same girl vanishing over and over, but i'm guessing it's comedy, because that's all I've ever known from Bozzetto (and satire). |
Since i don't have time to read your posts, I will just post this and hope it's good enough.
