New Page Guru!
I shall make a poster of this non-accomplishment of right timing later. http://1x.com/OEfullSize/22473-fullsize.jpg Enjoy thy last vestiges of the weekend, chums. Summer's almost through, too. |

I said hello to you a good sunrise and a half ago. |
approximately 30% of my Summer is still to come...that's significant! And early Fall is so nice, as is the snow as long as it stays clean. Don't eat the yellow snow a famous Zappa once said.

BadNick is back.
and with tips on how to maximize your seasonal affected happiness, health, and overall non-disgusting good times to be potentially had. |
ok...let's do it!
btw, Jet. What, may I ask, is wrong with disgusting good times? |

nothing at all. and as I am, now, too, back, for the time being, as of this last relay, we can do it.
post-script: As we our now avatar buddies in that we display the waves of "good times", refreshingly clean as the ocean water would have it, I have updated the original posting of the page to reflect this topic of our likeness in nature (and in Iceland). |
Enabling only text in sigs sucks.

No, it gives you that much reason to focus on the discussion part of what we do so well here.
It's different, but a good different. Also, sorry to get off-topic so fast, even though there has never been one stated, but this is glorious. Does it show up hot-linked for you as well? http://media.picfor.me/0015C3A2/Faja...omen_large.jpg |

she's a hot link for me...as I can clearly see in the posted image. As the waterfall above, the missty spray of feminine juices of mother earth are dripping from me since I just did a whole bunch of yard work in 88F outside temps...but it's sonny.
|
Ah, but then this thread, even though I think the mods are teasing us in that they never show any regard to this thread's existence, other than genuinegirly, and on the off-occasion, an uncle_guru siting, we are left alone to try and create history here; oh, what I meant to say, this thread might be classified in the title as (NSFW), and well, I like the tease factor I, among others, portray here. I don't want tits sullying the record books, you know.
Plenty of nudity in the Titty Board, and in the Giant Hamburger Secret lair (animal nudity). |

I'd rather not delve into the abhorent travesty that is animal dress-up, though I'm sure if you search around Nonsense, you'll find a thread or two devoted to the vile practice.
And for those (two) of you wondering, the chickie above is called "Fajah Lourens". Chickie below, is the exquisite, Petra Nemcova: http://img.ffffound.com/static-data/...77283331_m.jpg |

Maybe I should get back to the theme I sorta proposed at the beginning: waves, and waterfalls, and whatnot.
This is unbelievable. I have 22 tabs open of pictures I'm just waiting to save to the database. It's like wikipedia; just when you think you're done, you click one inauspicious link, and you get sucked back into reading the mundane interestingness all over again. |
Transitory-reigns its supremely
ordinary, yet singularly unique ordinance upon our heads. Awash with gleeful anticipation; more bifurcations reveal themselves. Oh, and that lovely exquisite young lady above: Has very knowing soulful eyes. Her skin looks like a perfectly toasted marshmallow, and her hair shines in the sun I bet. She is definitely glorious, yet she would shine forth even more, if she had just a bit more fabric covering her. I would love to take photos of her, her bone structure is striking. I really like her nose and mouth...also, but it is her soul that really shines through. I bet she is a very nice- loving-caring, person. I was talkin' 'bout that first gal. |

31, I'm not late, for you see, I have no schedule.
|
Well, since you bumped the picture counting, Nick, I hope to bump this thread before you do.
---------- Post added at 09:12 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:08 PM ---------- I did it! Within this past week, I think, I initially found the limit reduced in half, then maybe a day-and-a-half later, I noticed it was clear that it was possible to post in thirds. Now, with this latest post, without any aid, I can post outside of four... I was hoping to see if it could be possible after three, but I guess that shall be left until tomorrow. There is also something I noticed within Photography that really blew my mind, being able to duplicate within minutes, but that requires a small amount of wherewithal to achieve fully. Does this make sense? |
I imagined surfing that SEM-wave on one of my blood platelets.
Jetée, I just now realized you have that euphoric bunny wave going on...not seeing the details, I previously thought it was Japanese art since I think that might be Fuji ---------- Post added at 09:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:12 PM ---------- not knowing how you avoid the dreaded doublepost whammy, all I can do is add "WOW!!!" |
You couldn't have posted that a few seconds earlier and allowed me one extra tally, could you?
---------- Post added at 09:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:14 PM ---------- Man, we are just bumping into ourselves tonight, aren't we? |
fancy meeting you here...again
|
I am back, after a reply to you... elsewhere :oogle:
I literally found a dozen different takes of the Japanese block-printing ("The Wave", I believe) years ago, some are radical, others are truly breath-taking in detail. If you want, I'll forward you a private message, RadNick. |
Please do, and thank you.
|
You work fast. It's funny that I do not. (Me, here, portraying the hare, haha)

I come and go in spurts...now that my laptop is totally crashed and I have to share this desktop with my one teenage son, the other has his own MacBook that we're not allowed to touch.

We're brothers in coincidence yet again, as we are both in the market for upgrading the laptop (though I hope mine does not crash in the foreseeable future). |
|
I am at a loss now, for you are testing my nature of happenstance ring.
(I don't get it now, but I wonder if on Thursday something happens that will blow me back) |
My laptop is a Gateway TA1 which I estimate is close to 5 years old. Funny thing is I actually have two now and neither works. I got both of these from work but use them mostly for personal stuff. When the first one wouldn't boot up at all, I got the second one and used that a couple more years. Now that one is "intermittent" since if I take a large C-clamp and one of my butter knives, and I clamp the knife so that it presses exactly in the right spot next to the touch-pad, it will still work; but otherwise it seems trashed.
I think I've weasled our I.T. guy into getting me a nice new powerful laptop with a nice big screen...I really don't care about weight since I almost never carry it around very far. Do you have any advice as to a good, fast, large screen (~17"?) laptop? |
Perhaps it's a sunspot thang.
|
I don't have any good knowledge about computer specs, price comparison, or even where to start in diagnosing maybe a common problem.
I'm in this information age, but damned if I'm trying at all to learn about it (this phrasing is a tad confusing, but it's meant to reflect that I should know more about IT than I do now, which is diddly-squat). I have delicious bookmark of when a friend was describing his laptop, and i thought he got a good deal; I may just post that, 'cause I wouldn't know where to start. Quote:

i'
ve lost interest in this thread in the last few days but it's good you guys are keeping up with the post like usual. I will be back! |
Great to hear.
Any recommendations on movies lately? |

Well, now that you're back: HP Pavilion DV6000 Notebook Review | PCMech
I saved this bookmark it seems in Dec of '07, so I'm sure you can do everything to improve upon these specs, but to me, and my only knowledge of laptops being in comparison to the one I'm typing upon now, it's an improvement x10. |
I'll post at the temporary posterior of this thread for posterity's sake.
|
thanks for the HP reference, Jet. I was already planning to include HP laptops in my search since I've had luck with their desktops...as I'm on one now...so I suppose if I get one of the best laptops that HP offers I should be good to go.

I had a thought about them a week ago, something very interesting, if I may say so, but unfortunately, I cannot recall how I thought to implement them here. How would you implement a donkey at the TFP? |

I'm not in a box! You will laugh out loud at least six times when you listen to this.
I think I'll try once a week to turn you fellows to an interesting podcast I found beyond intriguing and/or hilarious. This is now a week after the format flip I told you guys about, but other than sports headlines at the top of every other hour, the same enjoyably-intriguing off-topic reference show that ties back to sports somehow is still going strong.
Yesterday's was "a classic". To quote a piano-playing bond, "Please to enjoy". (And today was the first time i listened to the show live) 7/27 Seg. 4- The Sports Junkies Donks, Canary fighting, wild exotic animals http://cstvpodcast.cstv.com.edgesuit...72709_seg4.mp3 word of advice if you are among the two persons who click this link: don't try to stream it in your browser... the station is having some kind of problems with the new streaming source, shipping it to New York and back, so just download the clip and play it in your resident media player. Again, enjoy. :surprised: (you two). |

This giant pink bunny (Google Earth coordinates 44.244273,7.769737) in Prata Nevoso, Italy, was built by a group of artists from Vienna, according to published accounts. It's 200 feet long and answers to the name "Hare." |

I think I saw that featured in either FHM or Maxim.
It's a giant fuzzy bunny somewhere in rural America or the Balkans/Europe. (now I read your description!) It is also infested with bats, insects/grubs, and snakes ("snakes...why did it have to be... snakes") Quote:
