I read the following today from the BBC website concerning Ariel Sharon coming out of a coma. I have to paraphrase here because they have changed the article, but the general gist (I shit you not) was as follows:-

"While coming out of the coma, Sharon has showed signs of responding to pain..."

There is a flipside to that sentence which for some reason just made me laugh. Ever had the need to share something that was really a bit of a non starter?

Given the reported situation in the Middle East, I imagine a line of disgruntled Muslim doctors with pins, hacksaws, baseball bats, knives, all waiting their turn.
