Maybe its just me but I seem to be seeing more and more of those green save the trees/dolphins shopping bags being used as handbags.

Any of the girls care to comment? Are you using one?

ummm I'm a guy.. but I use one.. for my groceries.. and they came in handy when I was moving a few days ago.. they can hold a lot of crap and are pretty sturdy.

Someone used to bring their lunch into work in one, but I couldn't imagine someone using one as a handbag.

Errrrmmm....no. I use a handbag as a handbag. My four green bags stay in the boot of my car until shopping day.

I actually saw a woman carrying one of the woolies bags in place of the handbag the other day.

Needless to say she was a rather skanky individual, so at least it matched her outfit.

i like the calico bags that the salvos sell in their op-shops, they dont stand out as much as the green woollies bag, they hold just as much if not more, and hopefully some money from your purchase goes to help those less fortunate. Only to be used on shoppong days and maybe when you go to the library,not so much as a fashion statement.
