Spoiler: The guy in the purple suit's pissing and nobody seems to care!

Some people are saying it's from the horse races in Perth, some are saying it's from the Melbourne Cup. It's got to be Aussie though, the beer looks like Melbourne Bitter of Carlton perhaps.
