are you kidding me? You'd think anybody who cared enough to do this would know sharp objects plus condoms equal potential leakage, which in turn equals potential rugrat and/or other diseases.

Maybe the staple is just holding the ribbon together? I hope someone isn't stupid enough to put a staple through the condom, or stupid enough to use it.

I once recieved a condom with a stapled note attached to it about safe sex- they were handing them out to first years. I gave it back to them and they started walking back to wherever they came from.
