there's a gallon of bonsai grass seed on my porch
 

so my dogs were barking & i thought oh hubby is home.

wrong.

i went out the front door to look for his car. it's not there.

there was no doorbell ringing, no knockng on the door... just my dogs all excited & carrying on.

then i see the gallon bucket by the front door.
i pick it up & read the label:
BONSAI GRASS SEED

WTF??

i am a little bit officially freaked out right now. this is WEIRD.

the bucket is sealed. at least it looks like it's never been opened...

Awesome! Figure, Bonsai grass seed goes for about $120 per 50 pound bag..a gallon of it has got to weigh, what...about 5 pounds? If my math is correct, it turns out you got a sweet deal! I wish I had hooligans in my neighborhood leaving me gifts!

aw sorry.... :) this turned out to be truly boring afterall.

altho i am <i>vvvvery</i> glad it was not something super creepy &/or dangerous.

my husband said he set it there this morning. mystery solved!!!

tho i have no idea then what the dogs were barking at....

but then they bark at everything... so....

Maybe they saw a falling leaf.

If you're leery of possible peeping-tops, get you a sign that says, "My giant dogs carry huge guns."

i do need a sign anyway... one of my dogs is a bit aggressive if he doesn't know you.

part of me likes that. part of me hates that.
