You seem so down, so let me stay for a bit.
I see things are a mess here, so on the floor I'll sit. I'll tell you a few stories, just until you yawn. Then we'll watch some movies, until the sun sings dawn. You'll forget about your hurt, curl up and fall asleep. I would make sure you're comfortable, but from here I smell your feet. I know that you are sad, but good things are around the bend. Try to keep your chin up proudly, your heart is on the mend. I've overstayed my welcome, it's late I've been here a long while. I can see your sleeping soundly now, and you've got the warmest smile. sabrina, my girlfriend broke up with me on thursday night because as she put it, shes a coward, she doesnt want to miss me, she doesnt want to depend on someone else, shes afraid of getting hurt later on and I deserve someone better than her....
If thats not the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard, I dont know what is. I feel empty. |
