The 30 Second Mystery 19 - Who?
There are four categories: Who, What, Where and Why. Some will be easy, some not. I have as many as six clues to help you along, which I'll supply as needed.
Please limit yourself to one guess, and another guess for each clue I supply. No questions allowed. Partially correct answers won't be acknowledged. Wild guesses and comments are fine. In fact, they can add to the mystery and are fun to read. The Case: A British subject is involved in a horribly disfiguring accident. The details of the accident are published by a female poet. The Mystery: Who is the unfortunate victim and what is the poet's name? |
Clue: The story becomes one of the poet's most famous works.
well, I'm thining frankenstein's monster and mary shelley, but I could be wrong.
Clue: Numerous books have been published in the poet's name.
was the subject a character in a fairy tale? edit: or nursery rhyme?
it's humpty dumpty and the poet is not acutally known but you're probably thinking of Mother Goose.
Heh, well, that's where I was going with my question. Humpty Dumpty.
