The 30 Second Mystery 18 - Who?
 

There are four categories: Who, What, Where and Why. Some will be easy, some not. I have as many as six clues to help you along, which I'll supply as needed.

Please limit yourself to one guess, and another guess for each clue I supply. No questions allowed. Partially correct answers won't be acknowledged.

Wild guesses and comments are fine. In fact, they can add to the mystery and are fun to read.

The Case:
A contract is taken out on Vinnie "The Blade" Martorana. When the deal is done, Vinnie is worth more dead than alive. Vinnie knows about the contract, but does not alert the police.

The Mystery:
Who took out the contract on Vinnie and why?

Is the contract Vinnie's life insurance policy (taken out by himself)?

The contract is vinnies life insurance policy, taken out by himself.

Vinnie is an animal and the people are people who want to make him into some form of a product
