Lights ON or OFF?
 

Is it just me, or do others prefer bonking with the lights on?

Well, it appears my first attempt at creating a poll has failed. Blah!

Ok, just so you know you're not a total failure, I also prefer them on. Dim though.

It truly depends on my mood -- there are days when I want to watch the action develop and there are days when I want to explore andt to imagine (remember) what her body looks like.

I can see how this is a different type of issue for some though and believe it may deal with how comfortable both partners are with their own and their partners bodies. I know a couple of years ago when I wasn't in the best of shape I preferred to have the lights off or even would wear a t-shirt :eek: ... If that's not motivation to get back to the gym.

on...definitely. That way you can see the parts.

Soft lighting is the go for me.

Most of the time, ON is the only way. It's wonderful to watch the reactions.

Sometimes, OFF just to be different.

either way is fine. If they are off, I would at least like the windows open or some candles so there is a little ambiance.

on is always the best...unless you are gonna go to sleep right afterwards

Candlelight or Daylight....

Telly light is too distracting, no shit I once got shoved off 'cause she caught me watching the footie game...

I like them on, but only dimly. That's why I have christmas lights strung up in my bedroom!

I always turn em on and then my girlfriend dims em while I am not lookin. I think she thinks Im ugly

Enough light so I can see what's going on and enjoy the view, but not so much light that you feel like you're in aisle #3 at Wal-Mart.

i always like to see exactly whats happening. so lights on.

unless you have a clapper, and then they go on and off and on and off etc. etc.

Lights dimmed is nice. Sets the mood, and lets you see :)

It mostly depends on the situation.
in the livingroom blinds open ....lights off
blinds closed ....lights on
in the bedroom whatever the lights are when we start..........unless we get more KINKY!....Then lights ON!!!

candle light or daylight.

Regular lights on aren't nearly as romantic as the flickering glow of several candles nearby.

Having sex in the living room with the blinds open in the middle of the day is always fun :D

i like to be able to see my partner, but not necessarily in the blaring light. candle light is good, and so are lamps. or during the day time with the draperies closed and the sun shining through. :-)

I prefer a candle lit atmosphere. Not too dark, just enough to see what is going on.

off or pretty dark for me.

depends...normally with some candles if we've had a nice dinner and drinks.
Out in the blazing sun on a blanket after hiking up a mountain is a bit of a thrill;)

Either or is fine by me, depends on the mood I think. Although I do love watching him when we're doing it!
