I mean who are we all to judge what everyone else chooses to do with their lives? If getting high is one persons choice should we condemn them for it? I'm sure he/she has been educated on the ill effects of drug use just as much as we all have. But in the end it's his/her choice if he/she wants to damage that life with drugs.

Granted a forum isn't the exact spot to be bragging about your drug, drinking or other substance abuse...

I have a job, go to college part time, spend countless hours on this damn computer playing games and still have time to smoke most of the day (not when I'm working of course). If you want to smoke pot and burn brain cells once in awhile like when you are going to a party, that's fine. It just like people drinking on the weekend.

But when you start smoking just to get high almost everyday, after work/school, just because you have some left etc. and start using phrases like "Wake and Bake", you got a problem. You are a weak individual who can't handle real life.

Wow, I posted this yesterday when I was stoned. Too stoned to go out again, i had my friend drop me off. I was at a pool party, but the stuff knocked me on my ass, literally. SO, i posted here to test the waters so to speak. Sorry if i offended anyone, holy christ. Is this "Tilted Forum Project", or is it "Anal Retentive Only Post Politically Correct Bullshit Project". I don't know who bones is, or any of you people posting. This board must have alot of people living perfect little lives I guess if smoking some weed gets ya hung out to dry around here.....

Ok. I'm probably having too much fun with this, but here goes.

Spasblitz is a n00b here (btw, welcome spasblitz!). He posted an announcement in General Discussion, that he was totally baked.
That was it. Others anti, pro, & neutral pot smoking, responded, some quite bluntly. (Speaking for myself, I thought his post was silly, but I was not trying to be mean).

Spasblitz has since responded that we are (in so many words) harsh & judgemental. I'm not touching that one, tho' BBtB did, as per your quote.

Tho' not high, I have revised my initial assessment of spas' original post.
I now think it was a clever attempt to generate discussion--and voila! He did exactly that. :D

Yea, I'm kinda in the same boat as you, I've been on the boards when high before, and It doesn't really effect my spelling. But, I don't go and announce it. It's like those people who are drunk and just talk about how drunk they are. Now drinking is a diffrent story with me, I lose almost all motor control. I usually veer away from the actual boards when I've been drinking. Sometimes I'll visit #tfp though, and speak gibberish. Which at the time seems really fun, but when I'm drunk playing with a Yo-Yo for an hour makes me almost POOP MY PANTS. (That's right. Poop.)

A couple of things... first off, "assclown" is easily one of the most hilarious words in the world (dodges tomatoes-- tired joke), and so is "asshat". Next, I don't really care :) The only thing I feel is sadness, because I never had the chance to experience being high, therefore I was never allowed to make the judgment of whether I approve of weed or not. Also, I feel like sulking because some chick who I reeeaaaaally like (who hates me, but that's a long story) gets high pretty much every day, and oh the opportunities that I am missing from being a noble bastard. ::sighs:: I once had a chance to get drunk (still living at home, still 18... dad is extremely strick, so it's really hard to find time to go do drugs and crap), and I tried to! I really did! But my friend stopped me after two beers and seven wine coolers (dodges more tomatoes) and I didn't even feel a buzz :( I sort of got a second-hand buzz from some morons who were smoking weed outside my bedroom window once, though, and it felt nice, so ah, who the hell's complaining?

Also... I find that the more I read through TFP... the more pointless everything seems. Really long rants don't do anything except either make you look angry, or extremely apologetic, like some person who posted in the thread about the Titty Board being "gone". If you have the urge to post a rant that's longer than than a page, then be aggressive and make damn good points. Don't sound like an apologetic pansy.
