that's not right at all, i've never seen the reason for families to not want anything to do with with thier son's\daughters boyfriends\girlfriends, it makes no sense. i'm single but if my parents said that it would be tough to go and spend time with them. i'd be pretty bitter with my parents for saying that.

I WILL tell them, Jay! Feel free to join me! I'll probably be around most/all day. Boring day at home, and again, bf's family not 'allowing' him any free time... none expected, anyway. He sneaked away for a while last night to surprise me... that was probably the best Christmas gift.... :love:
