Protests against Proposition 8 of California (from the right party, that pretends to change the
state constitution to make it say that "marriage is just for man and woman together", therefore
making ilegal marriage there, when it had already been legalized).

Huge part of the blame falls on the Mormon church, whose intolerance to others has led them to invest
milions of dollars in a campaign of hate and misleading information that ended up in the victory of YES
to Proposition 8 on election day.

But history is not written yet. And New York wants to make sure the voice of justice and equality is heard,
and that this king of bigotry won't have its place in our state!
