no

And not just because I feel like any part of this planet is as much mine as a planet circling Alpha Librae, the second brightest star in the constellation Libra, which in endearing human terms has also been called Zubenelgenubi, from Arabic الزبن الجنوبي (al-zuban al-janūbiyy), meaning "southern claw", and alternate names Kiffa Australis and Elkhiffa Australis, partial Latin translations of Arabic al-kiffah al-janūbiyy, another name used in ye olde astronomy texts was Lanx Australis

so no.

If I took flight toward you from the Island of Malta, would my heading be somewhere between 180° and 270°?

Just to make sure my compass bearings are correct, I'll say "no" if you mean 180 as heading due south and 270 heading due west from Malta. So if that, no.

I'm just guessing - "no" is tantalizing.

Are you in one of the 'stans?

Are you in Greece?

I'm less than 100 miles from Benghazi at an archeologically important site that you will have to name.

absolutely. While we're sipping the refreshment, let's lay back, kick up our feet, and enjoy this place for a while. I hear a cricket chirping...I'm gonna try to find it.

Maybe. It looks sort of familiar. Let it go and when it makes its chirp maybe we can tell if that was the one.

Now that's cricket with an appreciation for history! And dandelions.

You found me so it's your turn to hide, Ocm?.

I am at the Temple of Zeus in Cyrene in Libya. The fact that this temple is larger than the Parthenon in Greece is a reflection of the wealth and importance of Cyrene in the ancient Greek world.

The Temple of Zeus dates back to the 5th century BCE, but restored by the Romans around year 0. It was destroyed during a Jewish rebellion in 115, and restored a second time in 120. In the great earthquake of 365, it was crushed and then not rebuilt before British and Italian archaeologists partially put it back together in modern times.

No, directly through the core, & then a little to the left, & down. (Don't make me misguide you again, please. Visualizing directions & trying to put a clue in every phrase is problemmatical enough.)

& here I was feeling bad about saying "a little to the left". I guess it depends on which way you're facing. It's farther to the left than I was thinking, but not that far.
