Now that's cricket with an appreciation for history! And dandelions.
You found me so it's your turn to hide, Ocm?. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...byaCyrene2.jpg http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...ibyaCyrene.jpg I am at the Temple of Zeus in Cyrene in Libya. The fact that this temple is larger than the Parthenon in Greece is a reflection of the wealth and importance of Cyrene in the ancient Greek world. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...0I/Cyrene8.jpg The Temple of Zeus dates back to the 5th century BCE, but restored by the Romans around year 0. It was destroyed during a Jewish rebellion in 115, and restored a second time in 120. In the great earthquake of 365, it was crushed and then not rebuilt before British and Italian archaeologists partially put it back together in modern times. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...Zeustemple.jpg |
Consider a little hiding going on here...
parental interpretation is advised. |

No, directly through the core, & then a little to the left, & down. (Don't make me misguide you again, please. Visualizing directions & trying to put a clue in every phrase is problemmatical enough.)
asia?
& here I was feeling bad about saying "a little to the left". I guess it depends on which way you're facing. It's farther to the left than I was thinking, but not that far.

...which, by the way, was the capital of the Despotate of Epirus from 1358 to 1416 |
thermo is closer than ioannina, but you must still go back towards Athens, a bit, if you'd like to hear a Story.

that has a ring of truth to it, unc. I'll check with Warren Buffet if he's there with you.
Just in case, I'll ask if you're up in the Holy Trinity Monastery in Meteora? http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...s_IMG_7632.jpg |

Boobery in Devon?

Are you surrounded by shrubberies?

i contain shrubberies, among other beautiful things...
I was looking for places with names that fit your clues and found Fawkham Green, but I wasn't sure how to do it in a way to make them green. But thinking about that gave me feelings that led me to Horniman Museum and Gardens. Are you hiding in the bushes?
not at horniman, but looking at this place would make him horni...
I did search extensively until my sudden busy-ness got the best of me. So I am hereby announcing that the search party is back on track. Party time!
i am in surrey...
might narrow the search down for you... |
I was looking around in Surrey but got temporarily distracted when I found Lucy Cork at the Pole Studio...she's a very talented pole dancer.
So you smell and look pretty, shrubberies and other beautiful things around...and 'place' so let me confirm, or not, that you are in some kind of gardens and 'place' is in the name, sort of like Mammary Gardens Place... ...and SURPRISE!!! as I was just searching in Surrey I just stumbled upon Titsey Place and Gardens! Titsey Estate |
damn, you're good...
Thank you for your witty sarcasm, unc. I shall find someplace to hide later today.
I still like the Boobery in Devon....
...I still like Upper Dicker. Did you find a place yet, BadNick?
sorry, a day or two late, but yes I now did find a place.
Where in the world am I? |
