is this place or the name of this place associated somehow with tits?
oh god yes...
I found what appears to be several locations called Nipple Mountain in Colorado. Are you at one of these?
Nipple Mountain, Dolores, CO 81323 <<< this one is near Nipple Lake. Nipple Mountain, Pagosa Springs, Archuleta, CO 81147 Nipple Mountain, Villa Grove, Saguache, CO 81155 Nipple Mountain, Penrose, Fremont, CO 81240 |

not at a hooters and WNW of englewood...
You aren't going small on us are you, unc? Are you in Flat Tops Wilderness Area?
nope, i am not in a park or wilderness area; i'm a place of business...
The Taco Bell in Golden?
not in a "chain" establishment...

moffat station restaurant, winter park, co - Google Search http://www.ratebeer.com/brewers/brew...mpany-3037.htm home of "titty peak ale..." nick's gonna get you for this, jewels... you're up... |
A small town north of the Tennessee line.
Good guess, jewels. Thanks for finding unc.
Quote:
Are you in the EH? (Eastern Hemisphere in case you're not familiar with our lingo) |
east of I-75?
Eeek, I'm not sure. No time to check 'cause I'm actually going a few hours out of town in moments but should be back by tonight. If you want, someone can take over for now and I'll finish another time. Sorry! Gotta go!
are you going to a small town north of the Tennessee line? Have a nice time :)
Nope. Was down in Sunrise and Delray Beach. But I'm back.
BN - it was a clue. UP - West of 75. |
Are you in Guys?
So... you're in Florida?
west of I-65?
Tully, I hope you're wrong since I'm under the impression jewels is in Tennessee, birthplace of Davy Crockett. |

Nick: Yes. But see above. I guess I didn't specify which Tennessee line, but I meant north of Tennessee. |
Are you east or west of I-24?
are you east of the mississippi river?
Quote:
Yes, OCM clued me in to my mistake. I was reading through the thread and received a phone call regarding a family member so I quickly posted something. For my next act I think I shall get really good and drunk before making future guesses. Sorry all. Carry on. after some coffee I'll try to return and post a guess. |
OCM: West.
Unc: Yes. |
Are you in Bell City?
Not so southwesterly. Or should I say more northeasterly?
I don't know...How about another clue, after I blindly guess Hardin?
so, you are north of tennessee and east of the mississippi...
are you in a state that borders on one of the "great lakes?" |
No.
Nope. Maybe I should tweak my original clue to read "just north of the Tennessee line". |
???Are you on the Land Between the Lakes???
are you in Fort Campbell?
then you are in kentucky?
No, no, yes.
are you in a municipality?
To be honest, I'm not even sure it's a real city, town or anything but a speck on the map!
I chose it for the name. It shares the zip with another more noteable town. If you guess that, you get the win. |
are you within 50 miles of owensboro?
Not quite. Less than 100, though.
metropolis?
Nope. Wrong direction.
So you're west of I-24, east of the Miss. R. and less than about 100mi from Owensboro:
are you east of Land Between the Lakes? |
Definitely west.
north of wingo?
Northeast.
Symsonia? ...sounds strange enough that I can picture you being there.
Way too far west, dammit. Let's get back on track now. Remember, southeast of Owensboro?
Possum Trot?
If you drive about 140 miles eastward.
I must be reading the map wrong, or misinterpreting the clues.
<sigh> |
are you Breeding in KY? ...that's a little town south of Columbia. Not to mention it is 1001 ft. above sea level!
i've been dazed and confused for so long...
Nick's getting warmer.
Been answering your questions based on Google Maps, I promise. Y'all were getting so close at one point. |
Acknowledging that Breeding gets warm, it's not west of I-24.
Arbitrarily, now: Gamaliel? |
Overshot a bit. Head northwest just about 60 miles.
...Morgantown is 60 miles northwest...
Beaver Dam?
Southeast of both Morgantown and Beaver Dam.
It's a merry chase you're leading us on...
Are you in Woodbury? |
Close to due east as the crow flies, but taking 70 across will get you close in about an hour.
Are you in a cave?
Nope. Just hanging out in the road.
Are you camping or hitch-hiking?
Hehe. I'm sitting on the side of the road, waiting to see what will come along.
Outside Mt. Zion United Baptist Church @ 500 Morgantown Road?
Another clue, please. |
That's pretty darned close. I think I'd accept that as a correct answer since after I chose the town, I realized it's not really a town (?!?!) and it isn't even marked on the map unless you search the name. The actual location I'd chosen is just off State Hwy 743 and was chosen due to its moniker.
So did Ocm? find you?
If not, are you near this little wishing well I found along Hwy 743? http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...jewelsspot.jpg |
I gave it to OCM, although you're a little closer. It was Nick, KY. BUt I have no clue WTF that is. :p
Since Nick is closer, & your place bears his name, he should be the fox. Where are you, Nick?
Ocm?, I cannot turn away your benevolent fairness so I accept, thank you.
jewels, what do you mean "I have no clue WTF that is"!!!! It's one of the most famous landmarks on the Kentucky sofa, named after a pioneer, adventurer, and raconteur named Nick, who, as you might guess, I'm named after. Apparently my guess was less than 2 miles from Nick, KY as the crow flies; while Ocm?'s guess was a tad over 10 miles as the crow flies. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...20I/nickky.jpg http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...%20I/ocmky.jpg Lucky I tossed a coin in that wishing well while I was there. Please give me a couple hours to go hide since I don't already have a place in mind and I have meetings this afternoon. |

Okay okay. Since I chose it on your behalf, get to work, Nickitus. You guys are vicious!
It's just that OCM worked much harder, so it didn't seem quite fair. ;) |
Where in the world am I?
in the city of 'brotherly love?' :)
In real life, I'm about 6 miles from Billy Penn on top of City Hall, but I'm not in the c. of b.l. for this game. It seems a lot of us here now love our brother Vick. I just helped my son write a satirical essay about him and his rehabilitation, repentance, rebirth and the good old American "give the guy a second chance", etc., especially if he can win you the Super Bowl.

nh?
Panama?
