WHEN POSTING FLASH ANIMATIONS !
 

We all know that flashing lights can trigger epileptic seizures in some people.

These flashing lights have become a favorite tool of flash animators.

If your link to an animation contains a flashing screen, please put up a warning along the lines of
"STROBE LIGHT WARNING" or "WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS"

It may dull the surprise of your humor, but it could save a life, or a lot of trouble.

Seeing as how this thread seems to be open for discussion, I would also like to note that anything flash related is usually annoying. So maybe you could be kind enough to add (flash) at the end of every thread you start that points to some flash animation, just out of common courtesy. I see people labeling threads as (NSFW) when appropriate. Just a thought. Thanks.

Er...what if the flash animation happens to just be an amazingly done well by an incredible animator? Just curious because I am an animator (well...on the side of doing nothing I am) and my stuff doesn't involve flashing lights, and in my humble opinion aren't annoying...
