Niagra Falls - Sun June 18, 2006 - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Hey all ...

My sister (of TFP age, wow... time flies) is coming up to visit me from AZ June 15-19. One of the things she absolutely requested we do is Niagra Falls. Since I moved up here, I have not made it there myself... we are looking at going Sunday, June 18. Is anyone interested in meeting us there?

We both have our passports, so we can do either side of the falls. Time of day is pretty open, and I've got the Lundy's Lane destination guide if we need any ideas of places to meet up or grab lunch/dinner.

That's Father's Day. Niagara Falls is great-best seen from the Canadian side (the NY side seems seedy). If you can swing staying overnight, do so...they light the falls and I believe on Fridays about 10pm, they do fireworks.

Thought it was the 11th ... will have to see about the money fundage to stay over night - that would require a saturday/Sun trip instead ...

go cdn side...lots to do....there are some affordable hotels too. Lundy's lane is a money pit......so be careful and spend wisely.....
