I was a little puzzled by this question, so I did some research. It turns out that WHUT is a public television station in the Washington, DC area. I think that nrclark is trying to say that there was some sort of panel presentation regarding titmouses in a documentary on that channel, but he missed it, and imagines that it was a good show.

I'll have to agree, I would have liked to see that as well.

WHUT has a very limited schedule. They sign on at like 8am, and off at 10 or something. However, Howard University, their licensee, has a yearly "fashion show" which features co-eds who are mostly modeling air.

Maybe those are the titties referred to.
