Grease burns - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I work at a restaurant as a cook where I have to use the deep-fryers a lot. After two years, I have accumulated a number of grease burns on my arm which is now spackled with them. Is there a way to remove these dark marks besides surgery, or am I stuck with these spots for life?

Maybe use those scar fading creams?
